I love Explorado! A cozy place to read, story or work and delicious gluten free selection. It’s celiac friendly, everything is gluten free. I like to get the cake slices from the fridge and a few cookies!

We love coming here for the lunch buffet! They do small batch cooking for the buffet so everything is fresh. We also love that they have so many options that are Gluten and Dairy free so we can have friends with dietary restrictions join us. The staff is so friendly and attentive.

Best pizza ever!! My son, due to his illness, can't eat the food that he used to. We went back to Mod Pizza, and to our surprise, they had gluten-free, dairy, and other ingredients that my son could eat. He didn't get sick, and this was probably the happiest that we've seen him for over a year
