Really good food, had a pizza here, and they had lots of gf grocery items, it was spectacular! Such a treat for those that eat gf. Being celiac, having the whole space be gf was amazing. We got some ravioli (delish) and other packaged goods. Not many vegan options, though. Would go back again, and would recommend!

Spectacular gluten-free pizza dough with special care for celiacs Lots of variety. There are also gluten-free burgers. Highly recommended 🙂
Via Giandimartalo da Vitalone, 41, Terni, Italy
An all gluten free little shop... I was on holiday in Terni and for my packed lunch it saved me with some excellent sandwiches (which I then stuffed later) and some excellent pizza by the slice! I saw that they also have other things like lasagna, desserts...
Via S. Rufino, 39, Assisi, Italy
Good food and friendly staff. The gluten-free pizza is also excellent. Very characteristic context.
Via Giuseppe Garibaldi, 20, Orvieto, Italy
Outstanding restaurant with a lot of effort for gluten free options. Even the welcome bread is gluten-free. The gluten-free options are super tasty, most of the main courses are already gluten-free or can be ordered as such. We were finally able to eat our tagliatelle in truffles, which I highly recommend. For the German taste, the aroma may initially be mild, but that is the real truffle taste. Super tasty with very courteous service staff. Thank you for this lovely visit.
Via Repubblica, 41, Gubbio, Italy
Nice place with internal terrace. For the food good but didn't impress me too much. The pappardelle all'oca was practically made with tomato and the carbonara was very heavy with egg, making it heavy and covering the flavor of the Guanciale. The chocolate pyramid is good. Possibility of gluten-free pasta and good gluten-free artisanal pizza.
Via Amilcare Ponchielli, 6, Corciano, Italy
Vintage style place, as we like it. Welcoming and helpful staff. Fast service and excellent food. You can choose between a normal or gluten-free menu. AIC recognized restaurant, therefore a guarantee for celiacs. Even though I am not celiac, but sensitive to gluten, I preferred the gluten free menu. I believe it is one of the very few restaurants that manages to offer the entire normal menu in a gluten-free version... only true professionals know how to do it!!! Furthermore, the portions are the same as those with gluten...another thing not to be taken for granted, given that celiacs are often forced to settle for smaller portions. And the price is also the same for both menus. The price is certainly a little higher than other pizzerias, but it must be said that here you can find particular doughs, both pizza and hamburgers, that you can't find elsewhere. The menu is à la carte, but also all-you-can-eat. Oh, I forgot!!! For beer lovers: you can find gluten-free beer on the menu!!! I will definitely return, because I only tasted the pizza, but I miss burgers and crescia!!!
Borgo S. Pietro, 18/b, Assisi, Italy
The food was delicious, tipical food from Umbria and such a nice location as well. Their gluten-free menu is amazing, and you can tell everything is of the best quality. Highly recommended.
