I appreciate the vegan cheese as an option! And someone in our party was able to get gluten-free crust. A big thank you to the manager who made our special-order "superhero" pizza. It had a lot of cheese and the sauce was tasty. I just wish it had more meat.

This is the perfect pizza + salad restaurant. Everything is fresh, much of it is locally sourced, and the pizzas are crispy and delicious. Highly recommended for a casual, mostly healthy meal with something for everyone (including many gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options!)

Super cute restaurant! The food was delicious. My family and I came here for the first time not quite knowing what to expect. I needed the gluten free menu and the food came out exactly how I ordered. My daughter got chicken wings and sweet potatoes fries ...finger lickin good. My aunt had a large chef salad and ate every bite with the delicious strawberry vinaigrette dressing. My husband and uncle had burgers that were messy but delicious. My toddler eve. Ate her hot dog. Our server was kind and attentive. When I come back to Chattanooga I'll plan to stop here for a meal.

Food was amazing. Great atmosphere, rapid service. We dined in. I do not recommend if Gluten Free for actual allergy as I did get ill shortly after leaving as I do with cross contamination. They are spot on with gluten friendly.

I have a gluten allergy, telling workers I have a gluten allergy to this day makes me nervous. I'm always scared they will be super annoyed, and who could blame them really? But at blaze they are always so chill about it. They have never made me feel like they are annoyed and they always are super kind about it. That means alot for me, it takes a huge part of the stress of eating out with a gluten allergy away.
