LBJ Presidential Library

What an amazing touch point with American History. This presidential library does a fantastic job of highlighting the 36th presidents life, presidency and legacy. Get your steps and history on by walking and touring this multi-level experience.

Voodoo Doughnut - 6th Street

There are many things to try while visiting Austin and I get that doughnuts may not make your list. I put Voodoo on my list as this was such a fun and yummy experience with the perfect amount of decadence!!

Pro-tip: bring a friend so you can share and sample a few…your welcome!

Houndstooth Coffee

What can I say but bravo! The expresso and drip coffee here is absolutely superb and the service was always 👌🏽! I didn't eat any pastries or tacos but did buy some @askinosiechoco...overall winning!

Whole Foods Market

Obviously no trip to Austin would be complete without a trip to Wholefoods. The food bar and selection was fantastic and the options throughout the store was on par for what you would expect from the mother ship!

The Peacock Mediterranean Grill

Cool vibes and delicious brunch. The Spanakopita is not to be missed as is perfectly balanced and complimented by the variety of vegetable, meat and fish options. Heck they even have a super tasty egg white frittata 👏🏼

The Well

Really cool restaurant with a menu that is completely free from gluten, soy and refined sugar!

On top of that all foods on then”dirty dozen” list are organically sourced 🤯

I wish there were more places like this!

Corner Restaurant

I very rarely eat at hotel restaurants but they were so highly reviewed I had to give it a try especially when I saw zucchini cornbread on the menu.. 🤯 wha! 
 
Really delicious and super accommodating for modifications and they have an egg whites omelette on the menu!!! Totally recommend if you are in the area.

JW Marriott Austin

Conveniently located in downtown and within walking distance to many restaurants and Austin attractions! Amazing rooftop pool that tends to get busy on weekends. 
 
 The hotel gym is large and has a fantastic array of equipment! Gotta love a hotel gym with a squat rack 💪🏽.  
 
 Definitely recommend for a long or short city stay!

Cool member staple to check out while in Austin. Located in Music lane this club offers house favourites alongside local specials 🙌🏽

Lady Bird Lake Hike & Bike Trail

💯 must do while in Austin! This trail is approx 16k so if this feels like a daunting walk rent a bike!!
